As of July, 2009, dredging is no longer legal in CA. California's legislators are still upholding the ban despite the number of lawsuits to appeal their decision.

Please write to your congressman to help us lift this ban and stop special interest enviromental groups from banning a practice they cannot prove harms the enviroment!
